Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a regional team of Business Development Managers, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
• Set clear expectations, drive proactive sales activity and ensure consistent execution against sales targets.
• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to generate new business, grow revenue and expand market share.
• Work alongside your team to develop major opportunities, engage customers, negotiate and close deals.
• Build strong relationships with end users, consultants, contractors and channel partners.
• Drive effective pipeline management, forecasting and performance reviews to improve sales outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations and other internal teams to deliver successful customer outcomes.
