Coates seeks a Regional Sales Manager to oversee Regional Victoria & Tasmania. You will lead a field‑based sales team, coach, and develop strategic account plans to deliver sustainable revenue growth across construction, infrastructure, industrial and major projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing sales team across Regional Victoria.
• Drive revenue growth, market share and share‑of‑wallet opportunities.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies and account plans.
• Build strong relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities across construction, infrastructure, industrial and major projects sectors.
• Support pricing, negotiation and commercial decision‑making.
• Use CRM insights and reporting tools to maximise team performance and productivity.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing and Product teams to deliver customer‑focused solutions.
• Regularly travel throughout Regional Victoria to support customers and team members.
• Promote Coates' Safety First culture and lead by example.
