The role demands experience in leading sales teams, selling complex technical B2B solutions and managing long sales cycles, with the autonomy to shape regional strategy and performance outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior sales leadership or regional management role.
• Experience selling complex technical products or services in a B2B environment.
• Experience leading, coaching and developing sales professionals.
• Strong commercial judgement with ability to manage strategic accounts and long sales cycles.
