Job summary

Westpac Scholars Trust in Sydney seeks a Scholarship Program Director to lead our Future Leaders and Research Fellow programs, building partnerships with universities, scholars and industry.

You will drive strategy to life through delivery, fostering leadership, collaboration across education, industry and community, with quarterly travel as required.

This permanent hybrid role offers meaningful social impact and a chance to shape Australia’s next generation of leaders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex programs or initiatives from strategy through to delivery and continuous improvement.
• Strong commercial acumen with budgeting, reporting and investment insight abilities.
• Ability to build trusted partnerships across universities, scholars and external partners.
• Strong judgement with governance and risk navigation.
• Outstanding communication skills for executive and board audiences.
