ConnectWise seeks a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of strategic partners within the MSP, TSP and cybersecurity ecosystem. This role drives revenue growth, retains recurring revenue, strengthens partner relationships and expands ConnectWise adoption.

The ideal candidate is a consultative sales professional with strong account management skills, proven quota attainment, and the ability to build trusted advisor relationships with partner organizations.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales leadership and managing partner relationships.
• Proven track record of meeting revenue and retention targets.
• Ability to forecast, manage pipelines and negotiate effectively.

Responsabilités

• Manage 40–60 strategic partners and serve as their primary advisor.
• Build executive relationships to drive retention, growth and satisfaction.
• Conduct business reviews and identify expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ConnectWise solutions.
