Job summary

DNA Recruitment Solutions Pty Ltd is seeking a hands-on Regional Manager to lead its Western Australian operation across service, sales, projects and warehouse functions. You will build an engaged team culture, coach managers, and manage revenue and budgets while driving profitability.

You will focus on improving service delivery, technician utilisation and customer response, while growing recurring service revenue and supporting major tenders and strategic negotiations.

DNA Recruitment is partnering with an established international technical-services organisation to appoint a people-focused and commercially capable Regional Manager for its Western Australian operation.

This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for service delivery, sales, projects, warehouse operations and regional financial performance.

The successful candidate will be an approachable leader who can build trust, develop employees, strengthen customer relationships and introduce practical improvements that support sustainable growth.

About You

You may currently be a Regional Manager, State Manager, Branch Manager, Service Manager, Operations Manager or Business Unit Manager ready to take broader ownership of a regional operation.

You will bring:

• Leadership experience within a technical service, maintenance or project-based business.
• Experience managing field technicians, service operations, maintenance contracts or project teams.
• A genuine people-focused approach with examples of developing, engaging and retaining employees.
• Strong commercial capability across revenue, budgets, costs, margins and profitability.

• Experience developing key accounts, growing service portfolios or supporting tenders.
• The ability to lead change while gaining the trust and support of the existing team.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
• A practical, visible and hands-on leadership style.
• Professional judgement, personal accountability and a solutions-focused approach.

Experience within automatic doors, lifts and escalators, HVAC, building services, facilities maintenance, industrial equipment, electrical or mechanical services will be highly regarded.

Direct industry experience is not essential where you can demonstrate strongly transferable technical-service leadership.
