DNA Recruitment Solutions Pty Ltd is seeking a hands-on Regional Manager to lead its Western Australian operation across service, sales, projects and warehouse functions. You will build an engaged team culture, coach managers, and manage revenue and budgets while driving profitability.

You will focus on improving service delivery, technician utilisation and customer response, while growing recurring service revenue and supporting major tenders and strategic negotiations.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a technical service, maintenance or project-based business.
• Experience managing field technicians, service operations, maintenance contracts or project teams.
• People-focused approach with examples of developing, engaging and retaining employees.
• Strong commercial capability across revenue, budgets, costs, margins and profitability.
• Demonstrated success improving service performance, business results or customer satisfaction.
• Experience developing key accounts, growing service portfolios or supporting tenders.
• Ability to lead change while gaining trust and support of the team.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Practical, visible and hands-on leadership style.
