Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Regional Manager to lead the Upper Extremities business across South Australia and Western Australia. You will manage a team of six sales and clinical professionals, driving commercial growth and strengthening relationships with orthopaedic surgeons.

SA is a fast-growing region with WA growth potential. You will shape the next growth stage by leading strategy, people development and stakeholder engagement in both markets.

Qualifications

• Proven success in medical device, orthopaedic or healthcare sales.
• Demonstrated experience leading, coaching and developing sales teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience delivering sales growth and targets.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with surgeons and healthcare professionals.
• Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to travel regularly across SA & WA, with a valid Australian driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing sales and clinical team across SA & WA.
• Deliver regional revenue, growth and market share objectives.
• Build strong partnerships with orthopaedic surgeons and hospital stakeholders.
• Drive sales strategy, customer engagement and adoption of new technology.
• Develop a connected, high-performance culture across both states.
• Identify and execute opportunities to accelerate regional growth.
