Lead a high-performing Trauma sales team and make a tangible impact on patient outcomes across South Australia and Western Australia.

What you will do

• Lead and develop a regional team of 4 Sales Representatives and 2 Clinical Consultants, driving performance, capability uplift, and internal progression.
• Deliver regional sales growth by achieving and exceeding annual revenue, market share, and profitability targets across allocated territories.
• Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with key customers, industry stakeholders, and decision‑makers to expand account penetration.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies and business plans informed by customer insights, market trends, and competitive activity.
• Set and manage territory targets, budgets, and service support levels to optimize coverage, productivity, and customer experience.
• Recruit, onboard, and coach Territory Managers, ensuring time‑to‑productivity is minimized and performance expectations are achieved.
• Analyse and report sales performance, providing accurate monthly forecasts, pipeline updates, and variance analysis against plan.
• Represent the business at conferences, trade shows, and strategic projects, providing visible and credible sales leadership.

What you will need

Required
