Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Regional Manager to lead the Upper Extremities business across South Australia and Western Australia. You will lead a six-person sales and clinical team, drive revenue growth and strengthen surgeon partnerships in both states.

Based in SA/WA, you will shape the next growth phase, travel regularly, and contribute to leadership development, performance culture and operational excellence within a fast‑growing medical devices division.

What You Will Need

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven success in medical device, orthopaedic or healthcare sales.
• Demonstrated experience leading, coaching and developing sales teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience delivering sales growth and targets.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with surgeons and healthcare professionals.
• Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to travel regularly across SA & WA, with a valid Australian driver’s licence.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience within Upper Extremities, orthopaedics or implantable medical devices.
• Experience working with orthopaedic surgeons and operating theatre teams.
• Experience leading teams across multiple territories or geographically dispersed markets.
• A track record of developing sales talent and building a strong team culture.
• Experience supporting the introduction and adoption of new medical technologies.
