Job summary

Gre8 is seeking a School Based Regional Manager to oversee around 12 school sites in the East and South region. You will be the primary point of contact for schools, host sites, supervisors, trainees and families, and you will lead the site supervisors who run day‑to‑day operations.

This hands‑on leadership role focuses on building supervisor capability, ensuring safe, compliant workplaces, keeping trainees engaged with meaningful commercial work, and supporting every young person to succeed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-site operations with direct people management.
• Ability to build supervisor capability and implement processes.
• Strong knowledge of WHS obligations in an operational setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and assess a team of site supervisors across ~12 sites.
• Build relationships with principals, coordinators, host sites and families.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding and compliance for trainees and supervisors.
• Ensure safety and compliance with WHS and Victorian standards.
• Plan and schedule commercial work to provide consistent trainee hours.
• Identify new site opportunities and develop them with the General Manager.
• Support trainee welfare and respond to wellbeing concerns.
• Report monthly on site performance and regional results.
