Job summary

MatchWorks is seeking a strategic Regional Manager to empower leaders and teams across the Perth South region. You will drive performance, strengthen partnerships with employers and community bodies, and deliver high-quality employment services while managing budgets and contractual obligations.

You will lead through Site Managers, cultivate capability, and ensure service excellence across dispersed locations.

Qualifications

• Two years’ senior leadership experience in Employment Services.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate required.
• Tertiary or postgraduate qualifications in relevant fields.
• Ability to travel regularly across the Perth South region.
• Strong track record translating strategy into action and improving operational results.

Responsibilities

• Set clear direction and empower Site Managers to build capable, engaged teams and foster accountability.
• Drive regional performance through planning, forecasting and informed decision-making.
• Build relationships with employers, industry partners and stakeholders to expand opportunities.
• Provide commercial and operational leadership, including oversight of budgets and contractual performance.
• Maintain visibility across the region to ensure alignment with priorities.
• Champion customer service and ensure compliance with Workforce Australia requirements and policies.
