Job summary

TeamKids is seeking a Program Manager to lead a large, on-site service with a dedicated leadership team. You will coach daily on the floor, guide staff in ratio, and ensure smooth operations while delivering a high-quality, engaging program for children and families.

You’ll oversee Before/After/Vacation Care operations, embed routines, train staff, and nurture a positive service culture. The role suits a dynamic leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about child safety

Qualifications

• First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience in an OSHC or education leadership role.
• Diploma qualification (ACECQA standards) or working towards it.

Responsibilities

• Actively supporting and guiding the on-site leadership team during contact hours.
• Building strong relationships with children, families, and school leaders; overseeing communication with families and the school.
• Overseeing environment setup and ensuring engaging, inclusive programming.
• Uplifting and training your team to build consistency and confidence.
• Embedding routines and structures that create calm, predictable, and positive experiences.
• Maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, and quality.
