Assembly Talent is seeking a Regional Educator to empower retail and professional partners with best-in-class training across a growing network. You will design onboarding and development programs, deliver workshops, and travel regularly to support teams.

This role blends in-person, online, and event-based training, measures impact, and evolves programs for continuous improvement while building strong relationships and delivering exceptional client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in training, education, or L&D in beauty/clinic/customer-focused environments.
• Confident facilitator and communicator who can engage diverse audiences.
• Able to build strong relationships and adapt style to learning needs.
• Highly organized, proactive, able to work independently yet collaboratively.
• Open to change, positive, and committed to continuous learning.

Responsabilités

• Design onboarding and ongoing training programs for retail and professional teams.
• Deliver workshops, in-clinic education, and virtual learning sessions.
• Coach teams on technical skills, service standards, and product knowledge.
• Assess learning needs, measure training impact, and report outcomes.
• Collaborate with leaders across sales, marketing, and operations to align learning with business goals.
• Support marketing and event activations as an education ambassador.
• Manage training administration and travel in line with policies.
