genU in partnership with MatchWorks is seeking a Regional Manager to empower leaders and teams to deliver quality employment services across the Perth South region. The role focuses on operational excellence, performance, and strong stakeholder partnerships.

You will lead Site Managers, drive regional results, oversee budgets and contracts, and ensure service delivery meets quality standards while supporting diverse communities across the region.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in Employment Services or related fields.
• Track record translating strategy into operational improvements.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasting and performance.

Responsibilities

• Set direction and empower Site Managers to lead engaged teams.
• Drive regional performance through planning and initiatives.
• Build relationships with employers, partners and funding bodies.
• Provide commercial and operational leadership, including budget oversight.
• Maintain regional connectivity and align teams with priorities.
• Ensure exceptional client service and compliance with requirements.
