RSGx is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager – WA/NT to lead the people function across Western Australia and the Northern Territory. This senior role partners with operational and executive leaders to implement people strategies that support growth and performance.

Reporting to the National Manager – HR, you will balance strategic workforce planning with operational HR excellence in a dynamic project-based environment, ensuring compliance and high employee engagement across sites.

Qualifikationen

• Senior HR leadership experience in complex, multi-site or project-based organisations.
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation, Fair Work rules, awards and agreements.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders to drive strategic people initiatives.

Aufgaben

• Lead the WA/NT HR strategy aligned to organisational objectives.
• Advise regional leaders on employee relations, IR, workforce planning and development.
• Oversee ER/IR matters, investigations, disciplinary processes, and performance cases.
• Drive workforce capability, succession planning and leadership development.
• Support governance, policies and statutory compliance across the region.
• Collaborate with recruitment, payroll, L&D, and operations for consistent outcomes.
• Analyse workforce data to inform strategic decisions and improvements.
• Foster engagement, culture, wellbeing, diversity and inclusion initiatives.
• Partner with executives to deliver strategic people initiatives and outcomes.
• Lead change management and transformation programs regionally.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships at all levels of the organisation.
• Ensure adherence to modern awards, enterprise agreements and legislation.
