Job summary

genU in Western Australia is seeking a motivated Workforce Coordinator to join our Social Enterprise. You will support people with disability to develop skills, build confidence, and achieve employment goals, from recruitment through onboarding, training, and career progression.

You’ll build strong relationships with employees, families, schools, community organisations, and referral partners to create employment opportunities, deliver training and mentoring, and ensure best-practice processes

Qualifications

• Experience in disability services, employment services, workforce coordination, community services, or a similar related field.

Responsibilities

• Support people with disability from recruitment through onboarding and ongoing training.
• Coordinate workforce activities including onboarding and development.
• Build relationships with families, schools, community organisations, and referral partners.
• Deliver training, mentoring, and workplace support.
• Monitor funding, compliance, and employment systems aligned with NDIS.
