Job summary

ATC Work Smart in Bunbury, WA is seeking an experienced Group Training Business Manager to lead our GTO operations and shape workforce outcomes across regional and metropolitan Western Australia. Reporting to the CEO, this hands-on leadership role involves driving growth and leading the GTO team with occasional regional travel.

Qualifications

Proven leadership and business development experience.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability.
Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
Experience within the VET, Group Training or Labour Hire sectors.
Understanding of apprenticeships and traineeships.

Responsibilities

Lead and support Industry Consultants and apprentice/trainee caseload management
Build and maintain strong employer and industry partnerships
Drive new business development and client retention strategies
Analyse market trends and workforce needs to support strategic planning
Oversee financial targets, KPIs and operational reporting
Contribute to organisational planning and continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure high-quality service delivery across regional and metropolitan WA
