Job summary

TCR Group operates globally in Ground Support Equipment (GSE) and is expanding its Perth Workshop with an Operations Administrator. You will manage day-to-day operations, keep systems and work orders running smoothly, and support teams in a fast-paced aviation setting.

Key duties include processing admin tasks, timesheets, and general office duties while promoting safety and accuracy. Previous workshop or dealership exposure is valued, as is SAP experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office365 (Word and Excel) required.
• Strong data-entry accuracy and timeliness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities.
• Experience in dealership/automotive/workshop environments is a plus.
• Experience with SAP is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely administrative and work order processing support to accounts, compliance and service departments.
• Maintain and own timesheet processing.
• Handle general office duties including mail, scanning, filing and archiving.
• Assist operations administrators and operations managers as required.
• Promote a safety-first approach in daily activities.
• Gain exposure to the aviation industry and how it operates.
