Job summary

ATC Work Smart in Bunbury, WA is seeking an experienced Group Training Business Manager to lead our GTO operations and shape workforce outcomes across regional and metropolitan Western Australia. The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a hands-on leadership role with occasional travel across regional and metropolitan WA, primarily between the Mid West and Great Southern regions. You will be responsible for driving sustainable business growth, strengthening industry engagement and leading the GTO team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support Industry Consultants and apprentice/trainee caseload management

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems

Formal qualifications in business, management or a related field

Experience within the VET, Group Training or Labour Hire sectors
