GPC Asia Pacific is seeking an experienced State Trade Sales Manager to lead our Customer Development Team across Regional Victoria (West & Gippsland) and Tasmania. This hands-on leadership role focuses on sustainable sales growth, margin performance and a high-performing team culture.

You will spend time in the field with your team and customers, coaching and developing staff while ensuring safety, compliance, and strong customer partnerships.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach and inspire a field-based sales team across Regional Victoria and Tasmania.
• Drive sustainable channel growth, share of wallet and trading margin outcomes.
• Ensure WHS compliance and safe, inclusive team culture.
• Partner with Stores and National Sales Manager to execute channel strategy.
• Build customer relationships and understand needs to deliver outcomes.
