Job summary

Transport for NSW is hiring for a Permanent Full-Time Regional Incident Manager based in Wagga Wagga, NSW. You will coordinate incident responses to planned and unplanned events across regional networks, ensuring safe, timely restorations and a strong focus on customer outcomes.

The role requires a current driver’s licence, willingness to travel, and completion of an Emergency Response Driving Course. USS Grade 9 salary range is $137,579.00–$147,901.00 per annum plus superannuation.

Qualifications

• Experience in transport network operations.
• Current driver’s license.
• Willing to act as Regional Incident Manager and participate in on-call after hours work.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support operational responses to planned and unplanned incidents across regional NSW.
• Contribute to optimizing customer experience and network restoration activities.
• Respond to incidents at scenes when required and support emergency management and continuous improvement activities.
