Job summary

Transport for NSW in Wagga Wagga is seeking a permanent full-time Regional Incident Manager to lead operational management of the regional transport network and coordinate responses to incidents.

You will work with multi-agency partners to oversee planned works and emergencies, participate in on-call tasks, and travel across regional NSW as required.

The role requires a current driver’s licence and relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in transport network operations and coordinating responses to incidents.
• Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel across NSW.
• Willing to act as Regional Incident Manager, including on-call and after-hours work.
• Completion of Emergency Response Driving Course is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational responses to planned and unplanned incidents.
• Support emergency management and network restoration activities.
• Provide specialist operational advice and incident scene attendance as required.
• Work with multi-agency partners to optimise customer experience during disruptions.
