Job summary

The Athlete’s Foot in Sydney is seeking a National Training Manager ANZ to lead strategy and develop store teams across Australia and New Zealand. You will oversee onboarding, product knowledge, leadership development and the accreditation pathway from Fit Technician to Master Fit.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will manage a team, partner with area and store managers, and travel across the region to deliver impactful learning experiences and ensure compliance and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a national or multi-site training function.
• Ability to coach, motivate and create accountability within a team.
• Strong retail, sales or customer experience background.
• Proven capability in designing engaging learning programs for frontline teams and leaders.
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills with diverse audiences.
• Experience using LMS platforms and training data to monitor completion and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the national training strategy and calendar.
• Lead and develop the State Training Manager team across AU & NZ.
• Identify capability gaps and translate business needs into programs.
• Design onboarding, product knowledge, customer experience and sales training.
• Own the accreditation pathway from Fit Technician to Master Fit.
• Lead national training programs, seminars and events.
• Partner with Area and Store Managers to craft coaching plans.
• Manage LMS, measure training KPIs and compliance.
• Travel across AU & NZ to deliver training and support stores.
• Manage training budget and relationships with providers.
