Job summary

Focused on Care Pty is seeking a Client Liaison Officer to join the Home and Community Supports team in Kempsey. You will be the primary contact for a portfolio of clients and their support workers, ensuring high-quality care and effective communication.

You will support the leadership team with regional growth initiatives and marketing activities, with travel to Queensland every 2 months as required by the head office.

Qualifications

• Experience working in the disability space as either a manager or front line support worker.
• Certificate IIII or higher in a relevant field of support work desirable.

Responsibilities

• Primary contact for portfolio of Home and Community clients and the support workers that service them.
• Support the leadership team with marketing and growth activities in the region.
• Willing to travel to Queensland every 2 months for visits from the Toowoomba office.
