Job summary

No.1 Roofing and Building Supplies in Beresfield is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across Newcastle, Hunter, Central West, Central Coast and Mid North Coast regions. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, reporting to the regional manager.

You will develop growth strategies, meet sales targets, manage and expand client relationships, and negotiate terms with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the construction and/or roofing industry.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong experience in managing client and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining growth strategies and plans.
• Meeting and exceeding sales and profitability targets.
• Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients, and increasing client base.
• Drafting and reviewing contracts and preparing reports/quotations.
