Job summary

Corefleet is seeking a Business Development Manager for NSW. The role focuses on managing and growing an existing client base while pursuing new opportunities in line with regional sales and account management goals.

Regular travel between the Rydalmere and Singleton branches will be required. Key responsibilities include developing regional sales plans, identifying new business in NSW, managing client relationships, and delivering timely market feedback and reports.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated B2B sales experience with a track record of new business growth.
• Proven business development experience and sales results.
• Experience in motor vehicle industry or industrial services preferred.
• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Commerce or Business is advantageous.
• Strong communication, decision making and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced report writing and high proficiency in MS Office.
• Licence to drive manual vehicles (C class) essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional sales plan to achieve short and long-term objectives for sales, profit and market position.
• Identify and develop new business within NSW via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing deals.
• Manage client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle.
• Provide accurate feedback on market conditions and project developments using company tools.
• Provide timely reports as required.
