Roof and Building Service (Aus) – Sydney CBD NSW is seeking a Sales Consultant who will leverage roofing and construction estimation skills to grow our NSW client base and support nationwide projects.

You will meet clients, build relationships, develop proposals, and deliver reports, backed by a strong national team. Travel across metropolitan and regional areas is expected, with a base pay plus incentives and career growth opportunities.

This role uses your drive for success in conjunction with relationships and technical skills. You will build your client base, creating opportunities, identifying solutions, and contribute to our pipeline of projects.

You spend your time out meeting clients both new and existing, conducting inspections, and developing proposals and reports that provide innovative solutions. You’ll be backed by a strong national team who deliver the high standards our clients expect. You will show our clients why we are the team to trust, racking up sales wins to the top of the leaderboard.

Travel across metropolitan and regional areas is part of the role, and a positive one. It keeps the work varied, gives you autonomy, and connects you directly with the clients you’re building relationships with.

About you:

Proven knowledge in construction, preferably roofing, with experience interacting with clients

A professional manner that is effective in the board room

Adaptable and varied interpersonal skills, where you can succeed through building relationships, explaining product benefits, and being convincing about our solutions

Demonstrated ability to meet targets that drive performance

A competitive mindset with genuine motivation to achieve results - you're wired to win, in the right ways
