Job summary

Samsung Electronics Australia is seeking a Refurbishments Operations Officer to coordinate end-to-end repair and refurbishment of consumer electronics onsite. You will manage service orders, stock movements, returns and inventory while maintaining accurate records and producing actionable reports for leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in electronics refurbishment, repair or warehouse operations.
• Strong data analysis and operational reporting skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end repair and refurbishment of Consumer Electronics (TVs, washers, fridges, monitors).
• Manage service orders, spare parts, stock movements, returns and inventory.
• Monitor repair activity, stock ageing and daily workloads to ensure timely repairs and returns to retail.
• Prepare operational reports, stock lists and data analysis for visibility to management.
