Job summary

Gush Global in Melbourne is seeking a practical and highly organised Service and Operations Coordinator to join the Production Team and coordinate retail repairs, maintenance and in-field service activities.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will manage jobs from initial service request through to completion, liaising with project managers, the warehouse, installers and external service partners while maintaining accurate records in Airtable.

Qualifications

• Experience in service coordination, retail operations, production or maintenance.
• Consumer electronics experience, particularly with JB Hi-Fi, The Good Guys or Harvey Norman, is highly regarded.
• Strong customer service, excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Hands-on, solution focused and confident troubleshooting service or installation issues.
• Current Australian driver’s licence and vehicle, with the ability to lift up to 12 kg and travel interstate occasionally.
• Experience managing consumer electronics or technical display projects is highly advantageous.

• Assist with retail activations, prototypes, store visits and site measure ups
• Support quotations, bills of materials, stocktakes and other Production Team requirements

We are seeking a practical and highly organised Service and Operations Coordinator to join our Production Team and coordinate retail repairs, maintenance and in-field service activities. This is a hands-on, office-based role suited to someone with experience in the consumer electronics or retail sector who understands how to coordinate jobs from initial service request through to completion and reporting.

About the Role
