Job summary

Samsung Electronics Australia is seeking a Refurbishments Operations Officer to coordinate end-to-end repair and refurbishment of consumer electronics onsite. You will manage service orders, stock movements, returns and inventory while maintaining accurate records and producing actionable reports for leadership.

• Monitor repair activity, stock ageing and daily workloads to ensure timely repairs and returns to retail.
• Prepare operational reports, stock lists and data analysis for visibility to management.

What You'll Be Doing

Coordinate the end-to-end repair and refurbishment process for Consumer Electronics products, including TVs, washing machines, refrigerators and monitors.

Manage service orders, spare parts, stock movements, returns and inventory to keep refurbishment operations running smoothly.

Monitor repair activity, stock ageing and daily workloads, ensuring repairs are completed and returned to retail in a timely manner.

Prepare and maintain operational reports, stock lists and data analysis to provide clear visibility to management and the wider team.

Support stocktakes, inventory control and day-to-day coordination across the warehouse refurbishment operation.

What You’ll Bring

Previous experience in the electronics, refurbishment, repair or warehouse operations environment.

Strong understanding of Consumer Electronics repair processes, spare parts and inventory operations.

Confident with operational reporting, data analysis and maintaining accurate systems and records.

Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to coordinate multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

A proactive, hands‑on approach with strong communication skills and a focus on getting things done.
