Job summary

Dyson Australia is seeking a Repair Support Advisor to strengthen our repair ecosystem. You will act as a key liaison between Dyson, retail partners, and our authorised repair network, coordinating end-to-end administration for refurbished machines via Reebelo and daily parts supply across Australia.

With strong organisation and a customer-first mindset, you will uphold service standards, ensure stock accuracy, and champion Dyson’s reputation for outstanding after-sales service.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Data entry skills with Excel/CRM familiarity.
• Experience handling EFTPOS and card facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide premium support to retail partners with repair bookings and status tracking.
• Handle bookings, record accuracy and service recovery in systems.
• Collaborate with service centres and logistics to resolve partner queries and reduce friction.
• Manage refurbished product listings and stock accuracy across platforms.
• Oversee order admin, returns, refunds, exchanges, and financial processing.
• Forecast stock needs with refurbishment teams and monitor inventory.
• Act as operational contact for Australia's repair network and onboarding.
• Coordinate spare parts orders and maintain optimal stock levels.
• Approve billing, complete end-of-month invoicing, and report performance.
• Conduct regular stock takes and warehouse tasks across facilities.
