Job summary

Dyson Australia is seeking a Returns & Refurbishment Team Leader to manage daily reverse logistics operations from the Sydney site. You will supervise a hands-on team, process, inspect, and adjudicate returns, and ensure fast turnarounds for exchanges and refunds while upholding safety policies.

You will direct stock segregation for refurbishment, parts harvesting, or recycling, balancing throughput with cost targets and quality standards for ANZ operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on operational and team leadership experience in a warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain.
• Proven responsibility for WHS compliance and site safety management.
• Track record of meeting operational and performance targets in a structured environment.
• Experience handling customer queries and stakeholder interactions while maintaining satisfaction.
• Knowledge of cost tracking, resource scheduling and budgets is desirable.
• Working knowledge of SAP and Manhattan WMS with proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily returns processing to ensure fast turnarounds and protect the customer experience.
• Adjudicate customer claims and enforce policies against fraud.
• Screen returned products at intake to evaluate cost recovery and determine downstream pathways.
• Plan and execute refurbishment schedules aligned with parts availability and demand.
• Apply Dyson operational standards to maintain high-quality output.
• Optimise workflow efficiencies across the returns lifecycle and inventory control.
• Drive team performance to hit yields and control refurbishment costs.
• Coordinate SAP return transactions and audits with Manhattan WMS alignment.
• Coordinate stock flow between Taren Point and DHL sites.
