Job summary

Nolan's Interstate Transport in Sunshine VIC seeks a Logistics Planner to coordinate refrigerated fleet and allocate freight for timely deliveries. The role covers rostering, driver supervision and adherence to CoR and Fatigue Management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Experience in transport and logistics, preferably in operations, scheduling or allocation.
Knowledge of Heavy Vehicle National Law, Chain of Responsibility and Fatigue Management requirements.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers, drivers and colleagues.
High attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

Plan and allocate freight to maximise fleet utilisation while maintaining safety and compliance.
Coordinate daily transport activities with customers and drivers.
Monitor and manage driver compliance with CoR, Fatigue Management and AFM requirements.
Respond to operational changes and customer priorities in a fast paced environment.
Plan and roster to meet operational requirements.
Supervise and support drivers.
Ensure compliance with Company procedures.
