SA Health is advertising a casual Referral Unit Officer – Central Intake and Booking Hub role in Adelaide. You will manage referrals, coordinate appointments and maintain client records, delivering professional customer service to children and families within CaFHS.

Join the team to support CaFHS clients, with responsibilities including data entry, booking of appointments, and responding to enquiries. Flexible arrangements and casual pool status apply.

Competenze

• Experience in the provision of a comprehensive and efficient range of administrative support services.
• Data entry, word processing and keyboard skills.
• Sound interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to problem solve.

Mansioni

• Ensure efficient processing of CaFHS referrals with a high standard of data entry.
• Action all external reports to identify changes in the status of CaFHS clients and update client records accordingly.
• Provide positive, friendly, courteous and helpful interactions with internal and external customers.
• Answer telephone enquiries efficiently, including accurate message taking and prompt referral to appropriate personnel.
• Undertake the booking of client appointments into systems data provided from incoming referrals entered in the database.
