SA Health in Adelaide CBD seeks an administrative professional for a Referrals Unit Officer role within the Central Intake and Booking Hub. This casual pool position supports CaFHS referrals, coordinates appointments, maintains client records and delivers high-quality customer service to families and internal staff.

Competenze

• Experience in the provision of a comprehensive and efficient range of administrative support services.
• Data entry, word processing and keyboard skills.
• Sound interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to problem solve.

Mansioni

• Ensure efficient processing of CaFHS referrals with a high standard of data entry.
• Action all external reports to identify changes in the status of CaFHS clients and update client records accordingly.
• Provide positive, friendly, courteous and helpful interactions with internal and external customers.
• Answer telephone enquiries efficiently, including accurate message taking and prompt referral to appropriate personnel.
• Undertake the booking of client appointments into systems data provided from incoming referrals entered in the database.
