Job summary

OTR Group is seeking a hands-on Store Operations teammate to support day-to-day running at our Western Australia outlets. You will lead service excellence, assist with rostering, stock control, and safety compliance while nurturing a positive team culture.

You should bring retail or hospitality leadership experience, strong communication, and a passion for training others to deliver outstanding customer service.

About The Role

Responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the store. This would include customer service, team training and development, rostering, stock management, reporting as well as adhering to and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.
