Job summary

OTR Group is seeking an Assistant Manager for its Reddy Express store. The role focuses on day-to-day store operations, customer service excellence, and team development in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will lead staff, manage rostering and stock, and ensure safety standards and reporting are upheld. This is a hands-on leadership position in a retail setting within New South Wales.

About the Role

Responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the store. This would include customer service, team training and development, rostering, stock management, reporting as well as adhering to and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.
