Job summary

OTR Group is seeking an Assistant Manager for Reddy Express to support day-to-day store operations, drive service standards, and ensure accurate rostering and stock control.

You will train new staff, lead by example, uphold health and safety policies, and report on store performance. The ideal candidate has leadership experience in retail or hospitality, plus excellent communication and teamwork skills.

About the Role

Responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the store. This would include customer service, team training and development, rostering, stock management, reporting as well as adhering to and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.
