Job summary

BINGO is a fully integrated recycling and resource management company actively expanding across Victoria. We seek a GOgetter to manage and grow skip bin, recycling and tipping accounts, service existing clients, and drive proposals and tenders in a competitive market.

The role requires knowledge of waste management, proven sales performance, and the ability to plan, forecast and close customer issues. Car allowance and commission structures accompany a permanent full-time position.

Qualifications

• Understanding of the waste/recycling industry.
• Active in a fast-paced sales role with a proven track record.
• Ability to grow business organically through canvassing.
• Experience in root cause analysis to close customer issues.
• Strong planning and forecasting capabilities.
• Previous experience in other waste management sectors.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage skip bin, recycling and tipping accounts in an assigned territory.
• Service existing accounts, call on customers, deliver proposals and grow accounts.
• Provide activity reports, weekly plans and annual territory analyses.
• Monitor pricing, products, delivery schedules and merchandising techniques.
• Recommend product/service changes based on market data.
• Keep professional knowledge up to date and network with industry professionals.
• Maintain client information in the company database and prepare tenders.
• Organise client presentations and tours of recycling centres.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.
