Job summary

BINGO Industries is seeking an Inventory Controller/Storeperson at our Eastern Creek site to manage stock, receive goods, and keep Basware up to date. You will label and store goods, operate a forklift, and ensure stock is available when needed by coordinating with procurement.

You'll perform regular stock takes, drive and collect parts as required, and support Bingo sites with flexibility to move between locations.

Qualifications

• Waste management/recycling or related experience preferred.
• Demonstrated mechanical knowledge and aptitude.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to meet service standards and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process receiving of goods and verify stock against POs via invoices and delivery notes.
• Manage the Basware system.
• Label and store goods; unload safely using a forklift.
• Update stock levels with lead-time considerations to ensure availability.
• Conduct regular stock takes of goods and equipment.
• Drive and pick up parts as required.
• Collaborate with procurement on supplier relationships and pricing.
• Produce Basware reports on goods, equipment and budgets.
• Support Bingo sites with flexibility to move between locations.
• Demonstrate proactive attitude and teamwork.

BINGO industries are looking for our newest Inventory Controller/Storeperson - This is an exciting opportunity working out of Eastern Creek.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Process receiving of goods including checking stock against purchase orders via invoices, delivery dockets and picking slips
• Management of the Baseware system
• Label and store goods, ensuring all stock is safely unloaded using a forklift and stored at time of arrival
• Action replacement of stock levels in consideration of lead-times to ensure goods are available when required
• Perform regular stock take of goods and equipment
• Drive and pick up parts as required
• Work closely with the procurement team to source supplier relationships, competitive pricing and reliable services.
• Produce regular reports from Basware on goods, equipment and budgets Perform related and varied duties as assigned
• Support all Bingo sites as required with flexibility to move between sites as directed
• Demonstrate a pro-active attitude with an eye for detail, and willingness to work together to complete required tasks
