Job summary

Indigo People is seeking a Regional BDM for Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania. The role offers autonomy, home-based and field-based flexibility, and targets across key waste & recycling equipment sectors.

You will manage a growing territory with a mix of new business development and existing accounts. You will travel interstate on a regular basis and report to leadership, driving sales while building long-term relationships with councils and operators in this established international

Qualifications

Proven experience in B2B sales and territory management.
Experience selling to waste management, recycling or resource recovery industries.
Success in identifying and securing new business.
Strong relationship management and consultative selling skills.
CRM experience, preferably Salesforce.
Willingness to travel regularly.

Responsibilities

Identify and secure new business opportunities across Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania.
Manage and develop relationships with existing customers.
Build relationships with waste management companies, councils and facilities.
Promote and sell specialist machinery and equipment solutions.
Develop and implement territory sales strategies to increase market share.
Conduct regular customer meetings, site visits and product presentations.
Work with internal technical, service and marketing teams.
