Whether you're an experienced Recruiter or HR administrator wanting to broaden your HR experience, or someone already working in HR looking for a flexible role, we'd love to hear from you.
PeopleCore is a boutique HR, Recruitment and Training consultancy that partners with businesses across a range of industries.
Our clients don't see us as an external provider—they see us as part of their team. We've built long-term relationships by delivering practical advice, exceptional service and always following through on what we promise.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for someone who enjoys being organised, takes pride in their work and wants to become an important part of both our team and our clients' businesses.
Working closely with the Director, you'll provide the administration and coordination that keeps both our clients and PeopleCore running smoothly.
The Director focuses on strategy, consulting and client relationships. Your role is to help deliver and execute that work by recruiting for vacant roles, keeping projects organised, preparing documentation, coordinating activities and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
No two weeks are the same. Some days you'll be recruiting, other days you'll be preparing HR documentation, coordinating training or assisting with internal business projects. If you enjoy variety and like getting things done, you'll love this role.
Unlike an internal administration role, you'll work across multiple businesses, giving you exposure to a wide variety of industries, people and HR challenges.
This is NOT an end to end agency recruitment role. There are no sales KPI's around how many calls you've made or interviews you have done.
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
Previous experience in administration, HR or recruitment is essential.
Experience using HR software such as Employment Hero or similar is an advantage, but not essential. We're happy to train someone with the right attitude, strong administration skills and a willingness to learn.
This is a work-from-home role, however we believe relationships matter.
From time to time we'll catch up with you in Melbourne's western suburbs for planning, collaboration or training. Occasionally, you may also attend a client meeting or visit a client site. These are not regular requirements but are an important part of maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

If you're looking for a flexible role where your administration skills will be valued, you'll continue to learn and you'll become part of a business that genuinely cares about its clients, we'd love to hear from you.
