Job summary

Atlas Migration Pty Ltd is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to manage recruitment activities, connect candidates with opportunities and build employer relationships. You will work with clients to understand staffing needs and coordinate the recruitment process from sourcing to placement.

The role requires proven sourcing, interviewing and communications skills, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and coordinate the end-to-end recruitment workflow.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a Recruitment Consultant.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing and assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and recruitment processes.
• Experience with recruitment platforms and candidate management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review applications and conduct interviews to assess fit.

• Maintain records of vacancies, applications and outcomes.

• Follow up to support onboarding and review placement outcomes.

The successful applicant will work with clients to understand their staffing needs and coordinate the recruitment process from sourcing candidates through to placement.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with employers to understand staffing requirements, position responsibilities and candidate selection criteria.
• Prepare job descriptions and advertisements and publish vacancies through appropriate recruitment channels.
• Source suitable candidates through job platforms, professional networks, referrals and candidate databases.
• Review applications and conduct interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience and suitability for available positions.
• Shortlist candidates and present recommendations to employers based on their recruitment requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, obtain feedback and maintain communication with candidates and employers throughout the selection process.
• Conduct reference checks and verify relevant employment information with candidates’ consent.
• Discuss employment conditions with employers and candidates and assist with coordinating offers and placements.
• Maintain accurate records of vacancies, applications, interviews and recruitment outcomes.
• Develop relationships with existing and prospective clients to identify recruitment opportunities.
• Monitor labour market trends and provide advice on candidate availability and recruitment strategies.
• Follow up with employers and successful candidates to support onboarding and review placement outcomes.

About you

• At least 1 year of relevant experience as a Recruitment Consultant;
• Strong candidate sourcing, interviewing and assessment skills;
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills;
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and coordinate recruitment processes efficiently;
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail;
• Experience using recruitment platforms and candidate management systems would be highly regarded.
