Lotuspeople.Com.Au in Sydney invites a Recruitment Consultant to join our team. You’ll manage an existing temporary pool of placed candidates, take job briefs, post ads, interview candidates and liaise with clients throughout the sourcing process.

You will review applications, conduct phone screenings, source high-quality candidates on tight timelines, and perform regular check-ins with registered and placed candidates to ensure fit and continuity.

• Experience in full-cycle recruitment and client liaison.
• Ability to manage multiple candidates and prioritize sourcing.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be responsible for:

• Managing an existing temporary pool of placed candidates
• Taking job briefs, posting job ads, interviewing candidates and liaising with clients throughout the sourcing process

• Using your initiative to source high-quality candidates in very short time frames
• Conducting regular check-ins with registered and placed candidates
• Conducting reference checks and updating the CRM
