Job summary

Private Advertiser in Australia is seeking three experienced Full-Cycle Recruiters to join our growing internal Talent Acquisition team. You will take complete ownership of assigned vacancies from initial hiring-manager briefing through sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation and successful hire.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years' recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Strong full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Excellent proactive sourcing capability.
• Experience using SEEK and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
