The Public Transport Authority (PTA) in Western Australia is seeking a Recruitment & Onboarding Officer for a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover to support our high-volume recruitment for development programs and the RTO intake. We're seeking a Recruitment & Onboarding Officer for a 12-month fixed term maternity leave cover to join our team and support our mission of identifying the next generation of public sector talent utilising leading multi-method assessment centre methodologies.
In this role, you will be the mainstay of our high-volume recruitment for the Public Transport Authority's Development and Registered Training Organisation (RTO) in-take programs. You'll assist with the end-end applicant journey, from posting job ads and coordinating aptitude testing, to supporting assessment centre logistics and processing applicant onboarding.

There is one 12 month fixed-term, full-time opportunity available for an immediate start. Applicants assessed as suitable through this process may be used to fill similar vacancies both fixed term and permanent that may arise within the next 12 months.
To be eligible to work permanently at the PTA you must be either an Australian Citizen, have Permanent Residency status or hold a current visa in Australia with full-time working rights for the duration of the contract.
