Job summary

Duratec is seeking a recruitment professional to support a national blue collar and white collar hiring portfolio. The role covers end-to-end recruitment, contracts, and strong collaboration with hiring managers across Australia.

You will manage onboarding steps, policy compliance, and maintain records within PageUp. The ideal candidate communicates confidently, manages multiple stakeholders, and has experience in wages and salaried recruitment in-house or agency-side.

Qualifications

  • Experience in wages and/or salaried recruitment whether in house or an agency.
  • Proactive, self-starter with ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Identify next steps in the process and action them without prompt.
  • Experience facilitating interviews, using applicant tracking systems, and ad writing.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a national blue collar dashboard, with the flexibility to support with white collar if required.
  • Source candidates via a variety of search techniques, LinkedIn recruiter, Seek Talent.
  • Screen and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Arrange, book and participate in interviews.
  • Support onboarding activity including identification verification, reference checks, and police clearances.
  • Prepare and manage employment contracts for all new hires, ensuring compliance and clarity across all roles.
  • Liaise closely with hiring managers and HR team members.
  • Maintain records in the electronic applicant tracking system, PageUp.

THE ROLE

The Duratec recruitment team hire across both blue and white collar roles and manage the full recruitment process end-to-end including employment contracts.

Our team is all about positive relationships and managing the workload so we can deliver exceptional results with a focus on quality hiring.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a national blue collar dashboard, with the flexibility to support with white collar if required

  • Experience in wages and/or salaried recruitment whether in house or an agency
  • Naturally you are proactive, and a self-starter
  • You can identify next steps in the process and action it without prompt
  • Experience in facilitating interviews, using applicant tracking systems, and ad writing
