Job summary

Cater Care seeks to appoint an engaging Recruitment Administrator on a permanent full-time basis commencing immediately. The role focuses on day-to-day recruitment admin for Chefs and Utility staff across our remote mining village operations in Western Australia.

You will be highly organised with a bright, friendly customer-service approach, supporting end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and related administration for internal stakeholders and applicants.

Qualifications

• Interest in recruitment/HR is essential.
• Experience in HR or recruitment administration desired.
• Ability to prioritise and manage own workflow.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to friendly customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
• Attention to detail and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Place job advertising on job boards and social media.
• Review applicants and short-list.
• Interview applicants.
• Offer of Employment related administration.
• Assist mobilising successful candidates to site.
• Answer general recruitment enquiries internally and externally.
