Job summary

Programmed Energy & Resources in Western Australia is seeking an experienced Recruitment & Mobilisation Officer to join our fast-paced mining sector team. You will build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, source candidates, and manage onboarding and pre-employment checks.

The role is a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, located in our Welshpool office with flexible arrangements and clear career progression within the Programmed group.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience within Recruitment/Mobilisation for top tier mining companies.
• competent in MS Office and related admin tasks.
• strong communication and relationship-building with stakeholders.
• ability to multi-task and work under pressure in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Source & pipeline talent from multiple channels.
• High volume blue collar recruitment for shutdowns and labour hire across WA.
• Source new candidates and grow existing talent pool.
• Maintaining mobilisation trackers.
• Ensuring qualifications for candidates are obtained and current.
• Manage onboarding including tickets and pre-employment checks.
• Ensure a consistent and positive recruitment experience.
